I was 23, I just found out I was pregnant with my boyfriend of 3 months – so you can say it was definitely not planned.

Growing up in provincial Spain in the 80s was an exceptional experience.

I feel I make a good mom, than I am a wife. Both have no manuals, and both cater to the needs of my 2-year old son and my 36-year old husband.

In May 2016, I was diagnosed a major depressive. I battled it, battling still, along with chronic anxiety.

When I was hitchhiking through South America with another girl, there was a man who gave us a lift at some point in Argentina.

I was a survivor of domestic violence – I was physically abused by my ex whenever we had fights or arguments.

I was born as an only child, the instant ‘apple of the eye’ of an amazing couple who worked very hard to provide their kid the best in life.

I come from a small city on the tip of Africa. We don’t have salsa in my city. Sometime in 2007 when I lived in Taiwan, I randomly met someone & offered to teach me some basic steps because he needed a dance partner.

At age 3, my dad told me I bopped to Michael Jackson & subtly head bang to ACDC. I picked up the piano, hated it cos the teacher smacked my fingers & thought I was dumb.

I was 23 when I experienced my first international trip. That was in Singapore back in 2014. My intention of going to SG was not for leisure. I went there to find a job.
